I got this one a while ago and was reminded by all the clouds we’ve had the past few days.

Here’s a fresh image from tonight’s sunset in Las Vegas with the Spring Mountains in the foreground. It was cold and windy but well worth the wait!

Fire in the Sky!

Here are a few shots from sunrise to sunset from today. The light and clouds were incredible! Added some pics to my gallery.

I just got back from shooting the sunset tonight and found some great color!

Vegas Sunrise

We get about 4 good sunsets a year in Las Vegas and I’d have to say that this is up there in the “good” category for sure. The winds are ushering in some cool weather which is a welcome change from the 100’s – whew!

I took a motorcycle ride down to Boulder City, south of Las Vegas, today and found lots of blooming cacti off of the highway. Here’s a nice shot with Lake Mead in the background. I’ll add my spring flower series to my gallery soon; it’s been a productive weekend for photography around here!
