I got this yesterday at the Valley of Fire outside of Las Vegas. It’s a picture of Arch rock which is in the first scenic loop from the west entrance. Pretty amazing place to visit.

First Monsoon
Yes, I’m dying to get some great Monsoon sunsets so this is a little premature. However, I doctored it up pretty good.
San Diego Sunset
I went to Southern California a couple of weeks ago and got this nice sunset shot at pacific beach in San Diego. The pier is at the end of Garnett Avenue. Being there reminded me of all the good times I had when I lived there.

I stopped by after work and got some pics of this cool building tonight. It’s the Lou Ruvo center for Brain Health, lord knows we all need some of this!
Texture snippet
This is a small piece of an image that I’m working on now, the texture is very deep and detailed; I’m trying to figure out a way to get a finished image because I keep going off in so many tangents.

Abstract experimental audio alchemy
I was rummaging through some session mixes I made a while ago and this one is pretty interesting. Digitally mixed, dirty, free form, not rehearsed, melancholy, abstract, experimental audio alchemy.
It’s one to kick back, have a drink, chill out and don’t rush it. You just may like something you like in the 20 minutes!
It definitely starts off mellow and obscure, but I know you’ll wait it out for the goods It picks up midway through. No animals were hurt in the making of this mix.

Digital Master
Well it’s official now, I have been published in a magazine by the IEEE called Computer Graphics. It’s a hard core magazine geared towards researchers and scientists with some very interesting content that’s way over my head! They dubbed me the “Digital Master” and I’m totally thrilled! They used one of my images on the cover and I have a two page article that has 3 other pictures. It’s great exposure for me and my art and I’m hoping more will come out of it. Help spread the word! I haven’t been cleared to link to the article unfortunately but will if they allow it. Here’s a scan of the front cover of the magazine.
